Zhejiang A-Crystal presents the POC3627 series SMD OCXO crystal oscillator with a frequency range of 5.0M–120.000MHz, featuring exceptional frequency stability (±0.05ppb/day) and ultra-low aging (±10ppb/year). With CMOS output and phase noise as low as -160dBc/Hz@100kHz, it is ideal for high-precision timing applications such as instrumentation reference, data communication, and GPS systems. Operating temperature ranges from -10°C to +70°C, with voltage-controlled frequency adjustment (±0.25ppm). Compact dimensions of 36.3×27.4×18.8mm and compliance with MIL-STD environmental reliability standards ensure robust performance. Customization options are available to meet stringent industrial requirements.
